Loupakis Estate is located in the semi-mountainous region of the Municipality of Platanias, perched atop the hill of “Gra-Lygia.” Nestled in the shadow of the White Mountains and overlooking the Cretan Sea, this is where our vineyards thrive.
Continuing the family tradition, siblings Miltiadis and Aspasia Loupakis have taken over and transformed the winery into a modern, innovative facility for wine production, bottling, and distribution.

Oenologist Miltiadis Loupakis personally cultivates the family’s 30 stremmas (approximately 7.5 acres) of vineyards, growing the varieties Vilana, Kotsifali, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Each grape expresses the unique character of the land, the care of cultivation, and the passion behind every bottle.

“Hadi Red” is a fresh version of the local variety Kotsifali, which, with its manual cultivation and minimalist intervention in the vineyards, gives it its bright colour. Light purple in colour with aromas of red and dried fruit, dominated by fig and plum. Dry, medium-bodied with elegant – round tannins and a rich aftertaste, it accompanies light combinations, meats with red sauces and spicy cheeses. Ideal temperature 16-170 C with a distinct character making every drop unique.
